Safety is an important factor when you go to Spas. Yes, LHE uses lower energy but it doesn't mean that it's not effective. LHE is able to use a lower energy fluency because it utilizes two energies (heat and light) in one instance. What is energy fluency? Energy fluency refers to the energy bombarded onto your skin by these light devices and it is measured in joules per square centimetre skin (j/cm2). Laser is operates from 50 to 200 j/cm2. IPL typically operates from 30-50 j/cm2. Your skin gets burnt at 30 j/cm2. This is why when you go for IPL, gel or numbing cream is applied on your skin. LHE operates from 4-25 j/cm2. LHE technology is typically used in hospitals, aesthetic clinics and by dermatologists because it's safe and simple to use. The LHE gives you result in a safe way. However there needs to be a commitment to complete the treatments which usually ranges from 3 to 9 visits to your therapists.
